Warranty

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Excavator Final Drive Motors stands fully behind every motor we sell with comprehensive 100% Warranty coverage. All of motors have an unlimited hour guarantee within their warranty period. Our motors are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials during normal operating conditions for up to 2 years. Compact track loader motors have a warranty of 1 year. This protection transfers with ownership and covers all excavator motors that fail to perform their intended function due to manufacturing defects. When a motor qualifies for warranty coverage under inspection, we'll provide a replacement at no cost. Beyond the initial replacement window, continued coverage is available on a prorated basis throughout the motor's lifetime. Excavator Final Drive Motors is not liable for and does not pay for shop hours or labor. Our warranty extends only to the part itself.

The Process:

We're confident in our product quality, but we understand that motor failure can happen. Should you experience a defect, reach out to us promptly. If your motor fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing issue and passes our inspection, Excavator Final Drive Motors will ship you a new motor at no charge. We require that you first send us your original failed motor—once it arrives and is inspected, your replacement will be shipped to you. We recognize that time is critical and will move as quickly as possible to minimize your downtime.

For failures occurring after the warranty period, we provide discount toward your next motor purchase based on how long you've owned the original:

  • Years 1–2: 10% credit applied to the original purchase price
  • Years 2–3: 7% credit applied to the original purchase price
  • Year 3 and beyond: 5% permanent discount applied to the original purchase price

This transferable warranty remains valid throughout the entire lifespan of your motor.
