Shipping Details

All motors are packaged in custom heavy-duty boxes and shipped free to anywhere in the continental United States. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of order placement. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need faster delivery—please note that expedited services come with additional charges.

What carrier is used?

We partner with UPS Ground, FedEx Freight and Central Transport.

Where do we ship?

Complimentary shipping is available throughout the continental U.S. We also service Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, though additional shipping fees will apply to these locations.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your motor. Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 30 days from your original purchase date. You'll need to provide your original purchase receipt with any return request.

Return Condition

Returned motors must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:

• The motor must be in new and unused condition with no prior operation
• Original hydraulic caps and fittings must be intact and included
• If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately and file a claim with the carrier

Refunds

Motors returned in new and unused condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon arrival and successful inspection. Refund approval is determined at Excavator Final Drive Motors' sole discretion based on inspection results.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure your package is properly insured and tracked.

Our Liability

Excavator Final Drive Motors assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit during the return shipping process.

We stand behind our final drive motors with a 100% Warranty. Our motors are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use up to 2 years, depending on your machine make and model.

This warranty is transferable and applies to all excavator motors which are no longer serviceable in the intended application due to a manufacturer defect. If you have one of our motors that requires replacement under warranty, contact us to get the warranty process started.

Excavator Final Drive Motors will send you a new motor free of charge, provided the motor passes inspection. After the initial 100% replacement period, warranty consideration is provided on a 1 year prorated basis determined by years of service for the life of the motor.
